I have taken a vow of not causing harm. I live a e O' ho o ponopono, o ho'oponopono. Thank you, I love you, I am sorry, please forgive me. This is something to say, and a way to live: so to let all actions and ways of my being be. I need not always be sorry, make amends where possible, live and let live, and be for the benefit of all life.
